With years of experience of supervising staff both in the Drug/Alcohol Field and as Tutors on the Phil Parker Advanced Hypnotherapy, NLP course and being Advanced Practitioners in the Lightning Process, we are able to offer supervision for a variety of needs.

This includes working with Child Protection, Mental Health and other complex issues faced by Social Care Practitioners. As Service Managers we are able to support you in identifying the needs of your client, self and professional practice giving you a safe space to explore anything that comes up during your work.
